Where Is My Order?
We know the excitement of waiting for your hobby box to arrive — and we want to make tracking it as easy as possible. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your Halcyon Hobby order.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1 — Check Your Email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains:
Your tracking number
The carrier handling your shipment (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
A direct link to track your package
Step 2 — Visit the Carrier’s Website
Use your tracking number to follow your package in real time by visiting the carrier’s tracking page directly:
USPS: usps.com
UPS: ups.com
FedEx: fedex.com
Enter your tracking number in the search field to see the latest status and estimated delivery date for your shipment.
Step 3 — Contact Us If Needed
If you have any issues with your tracking information or your package has not moved in several days, reach out to us at help@halcyonhobby.com with your order number and we will investigate right away.
Tracking Timeline
Here is what to expect after placing your order:
Order Placed
Your order is confirmed and enters our processing queue. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Processing (1–3 Business Days)
Our team prepares and packs your order. During this period, a tracking number may not yet be active.
Order Shipped
You receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and update on the carrier’s website.
In Transit (3–7 Business Days Domestic / 7–21 Business Days International)
Your package is on its way. You can monitor progress in real time using your tracking number.
Delivered
Your order has arrived. Enjoy your pull!
Domestic Orders (United States)
Standard domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume, particularly during peak periods such as holidays or major product release dates.
International Orders
International orders are delivered within an estimated 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on your country and local customs processing times.
Please note the following for international shipments:
Tracking updates may be less frequent once your package leaves the United States
Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control
Your local postal service may take over delivery once the package arrives in your country
You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes before your package is released by local customs — these fees are the responsibility of the customer
Common Tracking Statuses Explained
Label Created
We have generated your shipping label. Your package has not yet been handed to the carrier. This is normal during our processing period.
In Transit
Your package is moving through the carrier’s network toward your delivery address.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on a delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered
The carrier has marked your package as delivered. If you cannot locate it, check with neighbors, building management, or any secure location the carrier may have left it.
Exception / Delay
An unexpected event has delayed your shipment. This could be due to weather, carrier volume, or a customs hold. Contact us at help@halcyonhobby.com if your tracking has shown an exception for more than 3 business days.
Package Not Received After Delivery Confirmation?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
Check around your delivery address — porches, mailboxes, side doors, and with neighbors
Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If still unresolved, email us at help@halcyonhobby.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier
Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the following timeframes and tracking shows no movement, please contact us:
Domestic orders: No movement for more than 10 business days after shipment
International orders: No movement for more than 30 business days after shipment
Email us at help@halcyonhobby.com with your order number and tracking number and we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
