Yes — free standard shipping on every single US order with no minimum purchase required. International orders have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country.
Yes! We ship worldwide from Franklin, Tennessee. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order is selected based on your location, package size, and delivery speed to give you the most reliable delivery experience.
Orders
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Visit our Track My Order page anytime for real-time updates.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Email help@halcyonhobby.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, orders can no longer be changed.
Pre-orders are charged in full at purchase to secure your allocation. Items ship within 1–3 business days of the official release date. Release dates are estimates and subject to change.
First check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can’t find it within an hour of ordering, email help@halcyonhobby.com with your name and approximate order time and we’ll resend it.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory sealed items in original condition. Opened hobby boxes cannot be returned. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no hassle, guaranteed.
